Living in Palm Springs and looking for a home in Sedona Arizona is a daunting task to say the least. UNLESS …………… you have a realtor that is patient, responsive, and sincere. I am talking about Susan and Troy Deierling. Traveling to Arizona meant we had to have a well planned itinerary in order to view several homes in a short period of time. Our days were well planned by the “Deierling Team”. Ultimately we found a property after viewing several contenders Furthermore, after the sale was completed they continued to be available and willing to represent us in our absence to care for loose ends. Great Experience and awesome people skills. Ability to actually hear what the client is looking. We looked at several homes and by listening Susan knew exactly what I was looking for on the market. She also took the time to ensure after finding the right place that we take a second look at the home. During her time with you she ensured that she gave full attention to your needs. There was no phone interruptions nor texting to other clients during the time dedicated to you. Susan and Troy have been a pleasure to work with. After becoming frustrated with property searches elsewhere, my wife and I decided to switch our focus to Sedona. We cold called Susan based on her internet reviews and she was fantastic and on her game from the first minute we spoke. We drove up that same day and she and Troy had properties ready to view and all the pertinent information we needed. We ended up making an offer on one of them the very next day. We were moving from outside the area and were looking for a realtor who was knowledgeable about the area; one who could guide us in our selection process. Susan asked good questions and listened closely to our responses. The biggest concern for us was not knowing what we didn’t know so to speak. Susan helped us a lot in this area. We were living outside the area during our selection process. Susan did an excellent job of previewing properties and helping us to narrow our search to only the properties that met our needs. We were able to find and close on a property within the time frame we had originally laid out to Susan and are now living happily in our Sedona home!
