Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals (SLREP)
Susan is a member of the Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals (SLREP). They are a hand-picked group of the top producing luxury real estate Realtors. They meet every two weeks to network and train. The members can exchange information on Sedona luxury real estate that is on the market and off.
Off the market? Sometimes sellers do not want to be in the MLS for privacy reasons. Members may also get 'early' access to Sedona luxury properties by other members before the property hits the market. By membership in this group, Susan can find homes that are not on the market as well.

SLREP members brief each buyer about the details of your house. By presenting full information and disclosure, useless showings occur less with a SLREP member. Susan will accompany inexperienced Realtors on the tour through your home. She will show those special finishes which could escape the buyer's notice.
